A great solution to improve building Salesforce Quotes!

Similar review as the one I left for Easy Pricing Opportunity - Easy Pricing for Quote provides functionality we've wished for and seemed like it should have already existed in Salesforce. We considered several expensive alternatives to accomplish a few improvements to how our team builds Quotes and Products Pages, so we’re very happy we found this app instead. Our team loves being able to select Product Groups for commonly used “packages” of line items. Custom pricing can even be saved per Product Group, removing the need for multiple Price Books, which is a huge plus for us. The interface is highly customizable, it accommodates and syncs our many custom fields, and Paul does a wonderful job of helping during the initial setup and follow-up questions. It’s overall very user-friendly (auto-populate quantities, mass edit or delete line items, drag-and-drop sorting, real-time Total calculation, etc.) and a major improvement over the standard Sales Cloud Quote functionality. Seems too good to be true, but it’s totally free and Paul’s support is unmatched.

Amazing app! Fixed our problems with quoting

This is an easy app to set up and delivers what you need to get quoting working properly. Being able to easily find products from different price books, applying pricing rules, mass edit, cloning, easily sort line items and syncing. The support is absolutely fantastic from Paul!

Highly recommend!

We are using 3 BoonPlus apps in our organization. Easy Pricing for Opportunity, Quote and Orders. These apps are easy to install, easy to use and had capabilities beyond what we were looking for. Paul was an amazing partner to get us up and running; he answered all of our questions in a timely manner and did virtual demos and walk throughs when we had an issue or a question. We highly recommend this company and their apps!

Great solution for cloning Quotes

After making some changes to our quoting process, we needed a way to clone quotes. This is a great tool that allows you to customize which fields to include/exclude when cloning, which we required. We also appreciate the option to change the name of the new Quote to differentiate it from the original.

Another Amazing Solution!

I had already installed Easy Pricing for Opportunity and knowing my clients needed to extend it to work with Quotes, this option was a no brainer. It was plug and play that carried over all of the settings I did with the other package. Once installed, the process was very simple and a number of online videos easily accessible helped as well. When I had some additional questions, Paul was able to jump on a call and assist whenever I needed him. Amazing. Definitely a tool that will have a permanent place in my tool kit.

Excellent Pricing Solution & Amazing Developer Support

I highly recommend this app as well as the other Easy Pricing apps from BoonPlus. If you need to be able to have products with different pricing or discount levels on the same Order, Quote or Opportunity, the Easy Pricing apps are hands down the most elegant and user friendly solutions for Salesforce. My company has differenty Loyalty discount levels for each product. Some products that have a smaller margin, don't have pricing for the higher discounted levels. The Easy Pricing apps made it so we can easily add products from different price books to the same Order, Quote or Opportunity. Not only do they work great and make everything easier, but the developer provides an amazing level of support that would exceed your expectations even for a paid app. At first, I had an issue getting these apps setup, which turned out to be a glitch in the Sandbox I was using and the developer responded to my email almost immediately and set up a google voice call with me. He listens to feature suggestions and is always willing to answer any questions I have.

A good application to aid our quotation process.

The application is robust and easy to use and I will be glad to recommend it to the community.
