ZONE SETTINGS If you have multiple communities, the Ideas component has great flexibility and allows you to have separate ideas zones for each of your communities and even to have separate settings for each zone. REPUTATION SUPPORT Encourage community members to participate in the ideation process. Users will be awarded reputation points for each comment, vote or idea. STATUS AUTO-UPDATE Automate escalation of Ideas by setting up the vote’s threshold, e.g. after exceeding the set threshold, the Idea will automatically change its status to the new one and the product manager will be notified via email. IDEAS MODERATORS If your product managers want to stay on top of things, you can set them as Idea Moderators for a particular category. This means they will get notified about each new idea in that category via email. MODERATION RULES You can block abusive and offensive content by specifying a list of forbidden words and also by enabling a flagging feature so that the community members can help you to spot content problems. OFFICIAL ANSWER The official answer shows a distinct highlighted update from your company to customers.
