really enjoyed working with Budson. Being a former salesforce AE (5 years) and moving to a 70 person, public SMB, it was imperative we chose the right implementation partner. I chose Budson because I liked having access to Liam and Scott, vs closing the deal with them and getting passed off to a consultant/implementation specialist. They have incredible knowledge of the SF platform, are easy to work with, respond in a timely fashion, and did great discovery. Our business (as all are) is unique (B2B and B2C). As a result, we could have done a few things better, but overall, fantastic implementation, would highly, highly recommend.
