Easy to work with!

We implemented Pardot and the Sales Cloud, with the intentions to integrate our ERP-System and Outlook/Exchange. Although there were some initial miscommunications during the scoping of the project, we could resolve those issues in an easy manner. For the next engagement we have to be clearer about what is already defined and what is not in order to be able to estimate the scope better. Overall the goals of our implementation were met and cooperation was valuable.
