Having worked with KMS Lighthouse a fair bit in recent months lead me to write a review on here. Not only their professionalism and passion for this solution left a great impression on me but also the ease of use of the knowledge base integrated into Salesforce. Embedded into the user interface with no hassle, it's ready to use alongside other Salesforce capabilities. KMS offers the flexibility to work inside and outside of Salesforce to enable the whole organisation to access the same content and knowledge. The Team I have been working with is knowledgeable and cooperative making sure we always worked towards a common goal. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
