We were looking for a way to implement a complex intake questionnaire for our call center. We tried flow builder but realized that it would be a huge effort. We found Cauzali and have been really happy with how easy it has been to build and maintain our questionnaires. They support pretty much any condition we have thrown at them. The few times we needed something that wasn't in the software, we talked to support and discovered that those features were on their roadmap. It has been a pleasure to work with them. Cauzali has become our go-to tool when creating question trees. It is faster and easier than using flow builder. After a short introduction our business resources were able to create the different models without help from our developers, and we experienced that it was faster for them to develop the question tress directly into Cauzali instead of documenting it as business requirements for development.  The Cauzali team has been very helpful when we have had any questions.
