APOORVA - Salesforce Deployments starting at $3,900

The team was knowledgeable about Salesforce and how it could work for our non-profit. They were able to create a database for us that covers several different areas of our organization, allowing us to access information in one place. We no longer have to maintain three different systems for the same information we now access on Salesforce. Great to work with!

Apoorva Corporation was a truly valuable partner in our move to Salesforce. We're a private foundation founded in 1937. We needed to bring discrete data from two different funding programs into a single CRM. The two original databases were unique. One was a grants management platform and the other was a custom-built Access platform database that had been migrated to SQL. We needed the data from both to combine and live together. Before researching what options would help us reach our goals, Apporva’s team evaluated our environments, business processes, and stated objectives. They recommended Salesforce because of its flexibility and capabilities, recommending two Salesforce-native managed packages for our two programs: TargetX (for scholarship data) and foundationConnect (for grants data). At the time, foundationConnect was owned by roundCorner but Salesforce has since acquired it. We then selected Apoorva after a robust RFP process to be our integration partner because they truly listened to our needs, took time to understand our processes, and understood what we wanted to accomplish. Our Salesforce project started in early 2018 and our first migration (grants) – on time and on budget – was complete by October 2018. At that point, we were "up and running.” The next migration, moving our Scholarship data and our scholarship application process into TargetX and Salesforce, was quite intricate and had critical timing. It was also completed with total success and on-time delivery. This part required additional custom integration to be built to bring a third, non-Salesforce component, into the mix. Through it all, the Apoorva team has been terrific. There is open and responsive communication, they operate as a true partner to our organization's needs and goals, and they provide wonderful support. We could not be in better hands. The Boettcher Foundation is able to do more today with our Salesforce CRM than ever before, thanks in huge part to Apoorva.

The team was very professional from start to finish. The project plan was very detailed and clearly defined who was responsible for each piece of the process. All items for a successful go-live were completed time and on budget. We would highly recommend them to future prospective clients.

We felt 100% supported throughout the process. It's a lot to learn, no doubt. I do wish that Salesforce had more trail heads that were designed for the non sales environment. Our team gets hung up a bit on your naming conventions. Our implementation partner was awesome though.
