The support Rimini Street provides has been critical to maintaining our org. Our solution engineer is incredibly knowledgeable and ensures we have efficient processes in place, recommending changes when needed. Case resolution time has dropped significantly and our org runs smoother. We are much better prepared for managing and implementing change. We are becoming more agile every day!
With Rimini Street's assistance/guidance, we were able to implement a case management format and process that allowed us to quickly and easily transition from a legacy workflow application which was external to Salesforce. We added Lightning components on the home page to facilitate user access to specific cases and put a simple approval process in place, as well.
