We hired Tryzens to manage our replatform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud based on their previous experience in replatform projects and their ability to expedite the process using their Spark reference app. The team were incredibly helpful from the beginning of the project before we'd even signed the contract in helping to shape the vision and benefits of a replatform for key stakeholders in the business. The project went live with only a 1 week delay and the entire process was managed over video calls due to the pandemic. Both points are pretty unique & impressive! Tryzens continue to work in very close partnership with us in shaping the roadmap for the future as well as handling the day to day of the website. Overall we are very much looking forward to our ongoing relationship.

Increasing mobile conversion is a primary goal for our business and this programme required a shift in UX and technical delivery to achieve this outcome. Tryzens collaborative approach to the design and development of prototypes enabled efficient scoping and a well defined plan for delivery. Tryzens made sure they understood our goals as a business and put in place a team to ensure these outcomes were successfully met.

Tryzens enable us to monitor and respond 24/7 to the performance of our site and to ensure we're delivering the best possible Customer Experience. This includes timely, well-tested updates and releases of the latest SFCC upgrades, performance monitoring and pro-active alerting across a number of measures. The Live Services team are responsive and take ownership of issues, working closely with our specialist tech leads to ensure issues are remediated switfly and underlying causes identified.

We worked with Tryzens to deliver cross-border capability using the Global E Commerce Cloud cartridge, building on their experience of developing this integration for other retailers. This programme of work required collaboration with a range of departments and technology teams (3rd party and in house) and Tryzens helped design the end to end solution as well as test the data and integrations across systems and business processes. We had a hard deadline to deliver this capability before Peak and Tryzens ensured we had the solution in place and worked well with Global E and the internal team to achieve this with respect to project delivery and technical specialists.

We worked with Tryzens to build our new Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridges, and our experience was 5 star. Despite the fact we needed to work across 3 time zones to make the project work their communication was always on point and timely. Tryzens have also moved the partnership past the build and we now work closely with them to implement the cartridge with mutual clients. Cannot recommend them enough.
