Good work!
As with *any* 3rd Party project engagement, one must be prepared to "educate" the 3rd Party/Vendor to maximize value and minimize time allotment (within reason). The CyanGate/S-Drive dream did an outstanding job of helping to tease-out the essential requirements of our initiative but we could have been better prepared with a deeper understanding of AWS/S3 technologies. Get to know your partner's tech stack and research potential risks/gaps ahead of time.
