We selected PDF Butler because our previous document vendor had poor customer service with a service that was regularly unavailable. What we found out once we switched to PDF Butler was they had a great product, always available, excellent customer service, and a robust roadmap. Our migration time was weeks. Using PDF Butler were able to implement further configuration and controls within our document templates and how our documents are delivered. Any challenge or knowledge gap we encountered was quickly resolved by support articles or support personnel. We could not be happier with our PDF Butler experience. The tool is great and the people - on the phone or in person - are equally great if not better.

Well-rounded product with amazing support

Having a fast, powerful and reliable DocGen solution is paramount for our processes. PDF Butler can do a LOT, it can do it fast, and it does it reliable. Support has amazing response times and helps you out a lot - for free. While the overall product easily gets five stars, there's a room to improve in terms of the template editor page - it could be easier to use. Once you get used to its perks, you start seeing its strengths though.

Support is top notch, brilliant app to use

In the last few months I have tested 5 document generation tools for Salesforce. PDF Butler was the most responsive to questions, their set up tools and academy are top notch. As an SME, I found that a lot of the alternatives were not interested in dealing with us because we would be a small contract, not so with PDF Butler, at no time did I feel that I was missing out because we were only looking at a smaller contract.
