Outstanding tool for scoring deals and using in coaching conversations
The HVT tool is a fantastic way to define clearly define criteria to score a deal so managers and reps can have a healthy dialogue around the status of an opportunity. We are integrating this tool into our regular sales process and including as part of our regular coaching. Patterns and Qualification
