The 7ecom team was very knowledgeable and was able to customize processes for tracking our software sales and customer data. They were very attentive to our needs and set us up for success.
Great Experience
As the client-side project manager, I oversaw a project with 7ecom for our organization's Salesforce rebuild. 7ecom did more than check the box - they provided a comprehensive Salesforce strategy to develop a custom solution to managing our customers. The team at 7ecom was very patient with us as we were somewhat new to Salesforce and made us feel confident in our ability to maximize the Salesforce solution. I appreciate the level of organization, professionalism, and commitment 7ecom brought to the table. We will not hesitate to partner with 7ecom on future projects.
7ecom helped us design a guest-user website form that would give those interested in our services a list of service/action options with descriptions and check boxes for selection, as well as a text field for adding other requests. All of these options, as well as the guest's contact information, were captured in Salesforce. Tasks were automatically created within Salesforce, and emails sent to our respective leaders for follow up on their respective requests. This form also automatically recorded the lead referral source within the contact record so that proper recognition could be given to our referring partner. 7ecom architected, engineered, and implemented this project to produce a truly useful tool for us.

Field Service Lightning Implementation
Used this company as they were one of the only ones to have previously worked in the Field Service area. They were able to work both on-site and offsite with a Project Manager working directly with our end users. They were able to get us up and running in about 3 months (a whole month earlier than projected) and have been excellent at providing continued support for our organization. Great, customer-minded company.
Great for non-profits
This is a great company to use for easy SF management and development. We are a non-profit company focused on user experiences. We used 7ecom to develop a custom web app & backend portal for our accounts. Over delivered in all aspects. Will continue to use them for ongoing support and administration.
