Internal implementation of Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud & Communities
Innova-tsn has implemented Sales, Service, & Marketing Cloud, as well as the Communities internally. This shows Innova´s bet on the technology, and provides the company with useful hands-on insights. The project was challenging , but everything went as expected and the change management after the implementation was easy. The CRM and the Opportunities cycle have been the key element leading the way, and the Communities have been the element to keep everyone in the company engaged. Definitely a rewarding project which gives our consultants and IT team some expertise our Salesforce client value greatly.
