As a non-profit organisation working with individuals, families, communities, organisations and government to deliver essential services into the social services sector, when it came to designing a solution architecture for a new Client Management System based on the world-class Salesforce platform, our operating model required a break from the traditional sales and marketing approach and a deep-dive into case management and the delivery of person-centred, trauma-informed services and community capacity building. Working with Trausteknik has been an easy and productive experience. We felt our requests have been met, developed and captured into this new system. The original scoping was a clear pathway for both of us, it then assisted this implementation phase, allowing room to develop and (with their input) produce a great outcome for our charity. Key to tailoring Salesforce was the need to understand our business requirements, Trausteknik worked with us and was able to meet and understand our specific needs. We have moved from an outdated CRM, numerous spreadsheets, and a Word Press portal into Salesforce with a small team who need to utlise all of the work flows and streamlining that can be offered. This is an ongoing implementation as we integrate a finance system and other event systems (post Covid).

We were introduced to them through the Salesforce person and had our own list of potential consultants to use. They were by far the best people for the job so knowing that now, we wasted a lot of time considering other consultants when they were the best choice and delivered very well. They were very professional, very responsive, very technical and overall really nice people to deal with. The only advice I would have would be to invest upfront on ensuring your previous database is in good shape. We did spend considerable time ourselves cleaning our database before the migration and I'm so glad we did. It made implementation so much easier and using it going forward even better. We highly recommend this team. We are very demanding and have very high expectations as we work in high performance sport and they 'won' for us!!
