Doubletrack was able to help us customize our Salesforce platform to best serve our organization. The team at Doubletrack was very timely, and always found solutions to our requests. Pete and his team are knowledgable, and are always working to be aligned with the latest Salesforce technology offerings. The Doubletrack team helped us calibrate the Einstein features within Salesforce, and made sure we were using the technology in its entirety. We have been working with Axia for a little over 6 months and have completed several projects with our managed service package. We initially chose Axia CPQ as our implementation partner back in 12/2019 and went live in 3/2020.
