Pop over no longer working
we have been using this App since moving to SF over 3 years ago. In the past few months, we noticed it is no longer popping. Did something change? We love this app otherwise
Popovers not working
Hi, I'm unable to get popovers working. We're able to get Rich Text and Toaster Alert action types working, but not popovers. There doesn't seem to be any further details about popover implementation in the setup/user guides. Would appreciate any assistance/guidance on this, thanks.
Error in firefox
I am getting error in firefox environment. It not allowing me to click on any tab. While switching I am getting error
Not all features work; setup guide is lacking information.
I am trying to use this app to create a Welcome Mat action, but I cannot get it to work. I can get the other actions to work such as a Rich Text Alert and Image Carousel, but for some reason the Welcome Mat never appears, despite following all the steps in the setup guide. The guide is also omitting information on a number of things. For example, the setup guide mentions adding the BreadCrumbListener and LightningBuddy components to the utility bar, but there are a number of other components that are available that are not mentioned in the setup guide. For example, I noticed there is a WelcomeMat lightning component, but I'm not sure if this is to be used to get my action to appear, and if so, how the properties need to be configured.
Cannot Uninstall the App
Hello, all my users continue to get the error noted below and I cannot uninstall the app. Please help
Joleene - Please see the comment from russelle where one of the community users suggested a workaround. I apologize but not sure why this package was pre-installed. It was never supposed to be that way. Feel free to raise a case with salesforce support in case you are not able to resolve the same. Here's the suggestion: High likely due to Spring '21 Major Release. I've removed the below components from the Lighting app's utility bar. 1) BreadCrumbListener 2) LightningBuddy
great app
the app provides what is expected and delivers great value without complex coding, it is also user friendly in my opinion because the action interface is easy to follow.
Need help
Haven't been using this App but it was preinstalled when our Org was setup. All of a sudden it started to cause a Component Error, with a message [Error message: Attempt to de-reference a null object]. The error says the issue is related to 'LightningBuddy.js' but I can't find that file to check what exactly its trying to look up. Can you help me fix this issue?

@Yongqiang Qiu I could uninstall the app. For some reasons, the BreadCrumblistener and LightningBuddy are in the Utility Items in the "Sales" and "Sales Leadership" apps. So go to these 2 lighting apps in the App Manager and remove these 2 components from the utility items and you can then uninstall this package. It worked for me for 2 of my orgs. I am not sure why the Lightning Buddy app is preinstalled in my customers' org.
@Russell @Yongqiang - I'm not sure why LightnigBuddy was pre-installed in the org. I would open the configuration of hte app in lightning app builder and remove the following components from the utility bar: 1) BreadCrumbListener 2) LightningBuddy That should make the error go away. Can you send the org id to anarasimhan@salesforce.com so that i can find out why this package was pre-installed?
Unable to use
App says it installed correctly, but Breadcrumb Listener and Lightning Buddy utilities have no property settings. Not able to use.
@Anand Narasimhan, I'm a bit confused, here you mention that "Both those components have no properties. They are hidden components on the utility bar." but as per this document https://partners.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P3A00000gdLamUAE it says: NOTE: When you add the components select the width and height as 20 pixels and make sure the “Start Automatically” check box is enabled. Am I missing something? Everything else I managed to setup, but the functionality to trigger when the field is updated is not working so I'm wondering if this is not the cause.
Julie- I have seen this in my own org but happens a bit erratically. Here's what I would try: 1) Remove all utility items from the app and save 2) Once save is successful, add "BreadCrumbListener" first and save. Note: You can't make these components visible. They are hidden components by design. 3) If save isn't successful go back to Step#1 and try again. 4) IF save is successful add "LightningBuddy" next and save. I know it's a bit frustrating but I've not been able to figure out why this happens.
Works well
i like it!
Amazing App
Easy to use if you follow the user guide. A lot of value delivered at no cost but the time taken to set it up, definitely worth downloading.

Can you share more details (screenshots etc.) to anarasimhan@salesforce.com. I will try in Firefox to see if i'm able to reproduce the issue. You should also look at the in-app guidance feature as a lot of what LightningBuddy does is achievable using the in app feature.
