Data Geeks Lab has been a savior for our team. They have a deep understanding of fundraising data architecture which has been an invaluable supplement to our staff's expertise. While staff have competence in our own areas of expertise, Data Geeks Lab was able to bring different parties and perspectives together to understand each other. We are a nonprofit in New Jersey and have been working with DataGeeks since September 2023. They do a great job. We have engaged with them on a variety of requests ranging from small to large and have been very happy with the outcomes. They are responsive and knowledgeable and are able to communicate with us in a very understandable way given our limited IT knowledge. Our system is functioning more efficiently than ever.

HAC working with DGLs

DGLs have been our organization's Salesforce Consultant since we started with the software nearly four years ago. From the original onboarding as we built our system to the operational improvements we've made to the one-off fires we need to put out, DGL's has been right there as a partner for our small non-profit the entire time. I can't speak highly enough of their work but I have recommended them to other non-profits, who I know now work with them as well.

DataGeeks has been truly awesome every step of the way. They are the only reason we are able to make use of SalesForce as a small nonprofit.

We are a very small (2-person) nonprofit, with limited IT/database experience (and budget), using only a fraction of the Salesforce features available. (We use Salesforce only for the Contact directory and occasional email distribution to ~4,000 contacts.) We approached Data Geeks Lab (DGL) to help us with two areas: 1) Examine our use of Saleforce and recommend necessary and appropriate measures/updates to ensure security and efficiency, and 2) help prepare for and implement integration of a new email platform. The consultant(s) listened to our needs and laid out their proposal clearly, with a very reasonable estimate. If there were a rating above 5, I would certainly apply it to DGL. The consultant(s) we worked with were most helpful clarifying, explaining, tutoring (excellent use of screen sharing), sharing resources, handling some tasks offline, and completing tasks within the estimated time, with patience, professionalism, and attention tailored to our size and specific needs. While we appreciate that DGL handles large, complex projects for much larger organizations, we are most grateful to have the benefit of their 5+ level of service. They're our go-to Salesforce consultants!
