Overpriced and Inexperienced

While they were very communicative, they were 3x the price of other partners after scoping a migration/integration project. Once we actually got the project up and running, you could tell their Consultants lacked experience other than the CEO, who was a little all over the place. Would not recommend.

Craig and his team are great! They are knowledgeable and work within a variety of time zones which can be helpful if your team is remote. They have a system in place for Pardot implementation that is very quick and easy. We also are reconfiguring Salesforce and they are great at recommending best practices.
