Seamless and Easy to Maintain

Awesome integration for creating contracts from Salesforce quotes. We made a dropdown of commercial clauses on the quote that Sales could pick from to customize their order forms. Malbek window appears right within Salesforce so Sales doesn't need to go to another application. Sales can also see the progress of their contracts in real-time right on the quote, opportunity or account page. Very easy to connect and maintain. We had limited bandwidth from our IT team and we were able to set up the integration very quickly, and then I (non-technical person) was able to change field mappings, etc. on my own. Highly recommend!
