Subject: Visual Remote Assistant Implementation. Miller Results made a very good effort to understand the use case for various modules we are now using. They setup sandboxes for more complex issues and tested basics. After vetting the ability they tested with us on each side so we might see what the customer experienced. This was very useful as many that we might connect with are not highly technical. The most recent roll out was the Visual Remote Assistant Implementation. I now have a good understanding of both sides of the product. As this is new I have only utilized it once with a customer in real world interaction with a customer. They were pleased with the results as it was quicker than waiting on an onsite tech.

Miller approaches things from a partnership, almost family like mindset. Very caring and concerned for the individuals as well as the companies success.

Before this project solution, we spent at least 20 minutes to send a branded email template to each person that signed up for our program. Joe and Kellie were able to bring everything into Salesforce so I can send email templates that are already built and incorporates the correct corresponding name. Not only does this save us going through 3 applications to complete, but it takes a lot of human error risks out by initiating emails through each donor's record. Literally saves us hours of work each month. They are such a blessing to work with!

After completing our first year of annual contribution statements, we knew we needed a better system this time around to not only speed the whole process up, but to make sure we weren't missing any donors. MillerResults asked pertinent questions to find out exactly what we were looking to do and gave us a few options. Since they had already gotten to know our team and needs, they knew which option we were going to choose, but they still laid them out for us. After agreeing on the next steps, they took extreme care in their development and implementation. What took us 15 hours last year only took us about 1 hour this year and it looks much more professional. Couldn't be happier with Joe & Kellie's diligence and kindness. Thank you so much!
