Webfactory Solutions was a great partner for our Salesforce project. They helped our 10-user nonprofit move from Classic to Lightning. They helped us identify and implement improvements during the project, including an improved mass email system, reviewing our donation processing software, installing Form Assembly and optimizing our volunteer tracking process. Shelley has experience working with other nonprofits so she knew what solutions might help us. We plan to continue to work with Webfactory Solutions as we need to tweak our Salesforce database over time. They know their stuff, listen well and are super responsive. Highly recommend for small to medium sized nonprofits.

We hired Shelley Wardwell with Webfactory Solutions to manage our migration from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning. She worked with our internal Salesforce Admin team and an additional contractor to manage the entire project. Not only did she handle the standard SF OOB migration but she made sure that all 3rd party managed packages and customizations would work as expected in Lightning. We have a fairly complex environment with a lot of customization and managed packages installed and the project was delivered on time and well under budget. She also fully trained our internal Salesforce Admin team (team of 4) so that they could continue to support our Salesforce org independently. Webfactory Solutions has performed several data migrations for Nintex and all have gone very smoothly.

Fantastic support, guidance, and training in our transition to Salesforce

Our small nonprofit decided to make the transition to Salesforce last year. We had outgrown our startup tools, which became unwieldy and difficult to glean. We needed to manage our data better and make the most of it by streamlining and integrating it into our systems and reports. Referred by a trusted colleague, Webfactory Solutions [Shelley] successfully led us through the process in a timely and efficient way that worked with our organization's schedules/calendars/timeline to transition to Salesforce. Shelley got to know our organization (almost as well as we do!) in order to customize and implement Salesforce Non Profit Success Pack.
