My team had been searching for an event registration app native to Salesforce for approximately over a year. We did many demos and tried another application that did mostly what we needed but couldn't get it quite right and left us to figure it out on our own. EventSpark not only does what we need and more, but the Customer Support team blew us away. The team's willingness to assist with the basic items as well as pulling in the dev team (shoutout to Noelle & Avril) to find solutions to any special features that we are hoping to achieve is everything. I can say this is the best team that I have worked with and know they care about the success of my events, especially as the first touch point - registration. Noelle, Avril, Michael B & F, Kyle, and probably every support team member has assisted me in some way, including on the weekends. I only look forward to seeing how the team continues to make EventSpark better and better.

We've gone through different email and event systems and Eventspark not only fixed our issues, but Noelle has been a huge part of ensuring we have all of our questions answered. Often times, after purchasing the product we've been left high and dry to figure out the intricate settings or synching features in production, but not with Eventspark. Noelle is available and knowledgeable to help with anything that arises during our calls. Best customer service I've seen in years and its truly refreshing to have a company that cares.

Great Features and Fantastic Service

We've been using EventSpark for our in-person and virtual events for a few years, and we're consistently impressed. They excel at taking customer feedback and translating it into new features, making an already robust event management system even better. What truly sets EventSpark apart, however, is their responsive and efficient customer service team. Knowing we have such a reliable and helpful team to support us gives us immense peace of mind.

Really impressed

We have been using the EventSpark app for just over 6 months now and are just about to fully move over to solely using EventSpark for all of our events registrations. Very impressed with the app itself and also the EventSpark support and development team. Moving to EventSpark from an events app that doesn't have a very good support team behind is a game changer! The ES team is super responsive and available when we need them. The app is great and does everything we need it to. We haven't yet used a lot of the many features but we will likely grow into them over time. Overall, 10/10 for the app and 10/10 for the team. A great events registration app that I'd be happy to recommend!
