Great Time Saver!
Sinergify has been a huge productivity boost for our team. By enabling us to create Jira tickets directly from Salesforce, it eliminates the back-and-forth of manually creating a ticket in Jira and then linking it back to the case. The integration streamlines our workflow and ensures that nothing gets lost between systems. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to map Jira issues directly to Salesforce cases. This allows our teams to post comments, and even post images to Jira without leaving Salesforce. Having that visibility in one place keeps everyone aligned and reduces the time spent switching between tools. Overall, Sinergify has helped our team work faster and more efficiently by simplifying how we manage and track issues across platforms. It’s become an important part of our support and engineering collaboration.

Great tool for syncing data between Salesforce and Jira. The team at Grazitti has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Whenever I have question they are there to help me sort it out.
