Showoff were successful in their bid to design, build and support a new Tyre subscription service for Kwik-Fit UK, called Kwik Fit Club. We chose Showoff as they not only presented a compelling series of wireframe designs and a viable solution hosted in Salesforce Heroku, but they also were able to demonstrate alignment our strategic investment in other Salesforce solutions, including CRM and Mulesoft. The project kicked off in 2019, just as Covid hit us but working as one team we managed to get to a workable solution for our business in around 12 months. The Kwik Fit Club subscription offer was the first of its kind to the UK Tyre market, and this was recognised at the 2021 NTDA awards with Kwik Fit winning the category of Product Innovation of the Year. We are 4 years into the relationship and continue to work with Showoff on enhancing and supporting the subscription product, and have utilised their broad Salesforce skills to benefit other parts of our business.
