Super easy to use. works with custom objects. clear merge observability. BYOM. Literally my entire wishlist for Plauti (who never returned a support email BTW). Datagroomr FTW. <clicks renewal button>
Deduping Success
Have been using the product for several months now and it is quite easy to use. The drag and drop logic makes creating complex field and record assignments easy to build and display to end users. The support team has been especially helpful during out initial setup. Highly recommend DataGroomr!
Helps End Users Keep Our System Clean and Secure
We've been using Datagroomr for the last year or so. It has been meeting our needs as we are perpetually challenged with forced duplications within our system that need to be cleaned up.
Excellent Product
DataGroomr is a great deduplication tool that we implemented about two years ago, and it has been delivering value ever since. It helps us on a daily basis to clean account and contact duplicates, which has significantly improved our data quality. The solution is easy to use, allows us to create our own matching models, and adapts well to our needs. On top of that, the support team is very reactive and always helpful.

Excellent product & Service
The tool is largely intuitive, very powerful, and has a lot of bells and whistles. You can be extremely prescriptive about how you want records merged or transformed, and a lot of functionality has been added in. The service is great and you can't beat a deduplication tool with such wide functionality at this price point.
