We worked with them to set up Salesforce for our nonprofit. We had some unique needs in that we wanted to track donors, but also partner communities, student applications, and volunteers. They helped us set up everything we needed in a timely manner and helped worked with us to make sure it was everything we needed.

Their Salesforce representative listened deeply to our configuration needs, found efficient and manageable solutions when customization was needed, and helped us adapt to the change in processes in our new system. Despite lacking familiarity with NGOC at the onset of the project, Armanino was quick to learn and understand the specifics of our legacy system and how data needed to be transformed to move into NPSP. They also brought significant nonprofit best-practice experience to the table to help us understand how NPSP could be used to support our various internal team functions. The team was responsive, communicative, and pleasant throughout the project.

Armanino provided a thorough and detailed scope for our Nonprofit Success Pack implementation and they have provided me with insights into reporting and other needs after the implementation was complete.
