Doesn't Run in Sandbox

I'm skeptical of the results, but I never received them. I gave the app 30 days to run in a sandbox that has ~60% of the data in our prod org, and it never completed. Looking at chatter groups, it seems we're supposed to reach out to the product team. They can reach out to me, instead.

Does not work in our org

It runs fine in my personal dev org, but will not run in the company org sandbox. I suspect is may be due to the size of our org. When scheduled, the apex job displays the call out was successful, but I get no data. When running in the UI by clicking the button, it displays a CPU time limit exceeded error. Hopefully, this will be corrected when it is GA.

Could be a great app...but

It doesn't work. After installing, it fails to run. There are no instructions and so, like everyone else, I'm stuck with a potentially useful app that doesn't work. Hey @salesforcelabs how about some help here? Especially with the built-in Optimizer offline??

App doesn't work

App is throwing an error in multiple orgs and does not work. Posted in the Chatter Group but did not get much help. The "old" Optimizer is offline as well. While this app is not required it gave a lot of very useful information that helped in the greater effort to support the health of an org. Hopefully the app will get fixed soon.

Run Optimizer button does nothing

Seems like the app does nothing.

Doesn't do anything

Installed on my enterprise edition org and configured as per the (not exactly fulsome) instructions. But when I open the app (with admin rights) and click run, the summary just stays empty. I'm going to uninstall it and wait for it to go out of beta, when I'll try again, as this would clearly be a useful app.

Reports are not displayed after clicking "Run Optimizer"

Hello, First thanks for creating the Most Useful and time saving app. But after installing the app in sandbox. We configured well and given permissions etc. When we "run Optimizer" it is not displaying any records. We tried to troubleshoot but not able to fix. Please fix it. Thank you..

Doesn't work

Requires setup, but the setup page isn't included in the app - pretty much broken OoB unless you hunt down package components.

This is a must app for any Admin

Before this app, we had to rely on the PDF report. While it gave good information, it was just that, a static report. This app takes you to another level, where you get several reports, clickable links and even suggestions of help and Trailhead modules to help get a better understanding of the issue. If you are planning to move to Lightning, this is your #1 tool.
