I would highly recommended Cognition24 to anyone seeking Salesforce/ integration partners. I have worked with Tim, Josie and the team for over 4 years and in that time implemented multiple complex projects/ integrations and they delivered every time for our Salesforce org. Being in the exhibition space our org set up was quite unique and had been neglected for sometime , working with C24 allowed us to completely restructure our Salesforce and ensure it was actually delivering what our teams needed. Excellent to work with and always pro-active with providing the best solutions for our unique set up, could not rate high enough.

We had challenges regarding customer relationship management. Our partner engaged us to understand the problem and came up with an objective resolution on how Salesforce could be useful in fixing and providing a lasting solution to the challenge. Not only did our partner assist in fixing the problem, but they also helped the users gradually adopt the use of the system to have a more sanitized database in managing customer relations. Apart from this, they extended their support in centralizing potential customer leads that contacted us through the company website using the Web-to-Lead product.

Our Salesforce partner Cognition 24 have been exceptional from start to finish. For people who work in the NHS, getting your head around the set up is a challenge, but for those who don't live and breathe it everyday, it can be difficult to understand, a complex, confusing minefield of different systems, organisations, services, providers, individuals, not to mention the million acronyms! Cognition 24 really took the time to understand the NHS set up, particularly the elements that relate to the area we work in and replicated this information in Salesforce, changing terminology and tailoring reporting to make sure we were getting the outputs we needed. Cognition 24 spent a lot of time with us and really listened to what we needed, and translated this into Salesforce, following this the support and input both from a technical user perspective to understand the systems capabilities has been brilliant. They are approachable and have helped us every step of the way, including how to enhance the system for our needs and really get the most out of it, also suggesting ways we can use it to market and engage with our stakeholders. I cannot recommend them enough and wish all organisations strived to deliver this level of customer satisfaction.
