Limited Configuration Options
I like the simplicity of the component but it lacks many options to make it more useful. It would be much more useful if you could you it to track more than just time to case closure and also opt out of having the case reassigned once the time limit expires.
Can this widget be used for other objects as well
I would like to implement an SLA timer for when someone submits an Opportunity for approval.
