Primarily dealt with Felix and Harry, both who have an extremely high knowledge of the Service Cloud console. They were able to make suggestions on paths we had not considered and provided options on the best solution for our needs. The team at Fluent Group really got us going with our implementation of Salesforce. Our implementation had come to a standstill internally, so having the external assistance and ongoing project management ensured our implementation was up and running as soon as possible. The team also provided a lot of assistance in navigating what to import into Salesforce from existing platforms, and then undertaking this work to get it operational. The knowledge of the consultants of the Salesforce product suite and options was beneficial in ensuring we had the right mix, and knowledge of associated plugins allowed us to identify what to use and what to hold off on for the moment. Regular check-ins after implementation also ensured that any niggling issues were addressed and rectified, once again supporting the uptake and engagement of our team.
