We selected Robots & Pencils to rebuild an old legacy system and move it the Salesforce platform. Our project required a lot of customization since we are a private lender that needs to manage all of our loan and business operations on the Salesforce platform. We talked to several potential partners before selecting Robots & Pencils, and were extremely happy with our choice. We had a difficult and complex project, but they brought the right talent (including a lot of financial services knowledge) to the table and managed us through all of the challenges very well. They were also very knowledgeable about vendors in the Salesforce ecosystem and help us make the right decisions about integrations, our project roadmap and costs.

We sought this partner out for their Salesforce expertise. They mobilized quickly to come onsite for an assessment, kick-off the project and maintain a daily rhythm of calls with our team throughout the project. We reviewed status reports together on a weekly basis. Besides the daily call, we used Slack for communications.

Daniel is superb. The contracting process wasn't as smooth as it could have been because Tracey Zimmerman was not as good to work with. The message we got was "we don't trust you so pay up front". In a T&M contract situation this is strange at best.
