This partner is extremely strong in communication and knowledge. As long as you have the right internal project owner who has buy in, understanding and strong communication skills you will end up with a strong outcome.
Reinteractive were selected after a lengthy process to find the right fit for our specific needs. They took the mud map we presented them with and added their own expertise and understanding of Salesforce and Heroku to deliver something that is beyond what we were hoping for and in the end - made the process much easier than we could have ever expected. We engaged with reinteractive to help us implement our new Salesforce CRM, plus Salesforce CMS. We were previously using a CRM and CMS solution that was not suitable for our evolving business needs. Frankly, we started working around the CRM and CMS, rather than it working for us. As a small not-for-profit organisation with little (no) technical expertise and minimal resources, it was important that our partner provided more than just technical outcomes. We needed a partner that was passionate about what we do and able to provide us a level of service that matched their higher tiered clients. reinteractive positioned themselves to meet that brief, and we were not disappointed. For our project, reinteractive used an agile project management approach, which involved daily meetings. It was an involved process, but completely transparent. After 9 month, I can almost pretend I am an expert because the solutions was well articulated throughout, and in the end, we have a great product.
I felt like I had a very white-glove experience onboarding with storeConnect. Mikel and his team were very personable and efficient to work through my questions as I quickly self-enabled and self-implemented the site. It's super easy once you learn which objects do what.
