We had a short-time bound project to migrate all of our support content and technical support service processes from Zendesk to Salesforce. Luckily, the team had been a true extension of our team for the year and prior - so their knowledge of our Salesforce instance and cadence of working was well established. Still, this was a giant undertaking that required significant requirements gathering, scoping and timeline planning prior to design and build. It was a project that was a top priority but had do be managed with all of the other Salesforce sprint work the team supports us with. The results were better than expected - not only was all the work completed on time, but the deep engagement with the users, through UAT and post deployment support, has built trust among a team that never used Salesforce before, and created pull from leadership and other teams to continue to build out capabilities in Salesforce. The best part might be how much they feel a part of our organization and not a contracted partner. We deeply trust their insights, advice and support in building for now and the future!
