This package has been superseded by a new version found here: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N4V00000I0w7xUAB As a new Case record page is opened by an agent, the case timer clock will automatically begin counting the time spent viewing the Case. On closing of the Case tab or navigating away from current URL, a log is automatically created logging the agents time spent on the Case. A full log of the users and their time spent on the Case is also viewable through the component.
