Our Salesforce training team were really phenomenal. They helped explain everything from objects, fields, page layout, customization of objects, and flows. I wanted to specifically shout out Mitchell Shaffer, who was a tremendous help to me and QuestBlue. He did a great job of explaining things at a beginner level and he came back a month after training to check on things and help with our flow processes.

I used an intermediary person to project manage and communicate with our Salesforce volunteer. Overall, the project was not a good experience, but I do NOT blame that on this volunteer, it was a communication issue with the project manager. I did not get to work very closely with this volunteer but am always appreciative of people who give of their time.
