As a voluntary charitable grant donating organisation we needed to reduce the incoming grant request decision period from circa 7 or 8 months to 6 weeks. We also needed to improve the communication with potential grantees thereby improving their application experience with us. Our other requirement to was to have a high quality audit, records and voting system improving decision making quality. ISSIMO have a track record of providing a similar system to our national charity, of which we wanted, in principle, a local version i.e. on a considerably smaller scale. A key element of the partnership was giving the company a concise requirement schedule and, in our case, a draft process plan for the way in which we would see the outcome working in our situation, all subject to ISSIMO's professional advice as necessary. The company were very understanding when decision requests placed on us took time to reply, to as our organisation structure internally is not fast moving as in a commercial business. Their ongoing advice and positive approach to suggested changes was excellent and very flexible, with timescale changes requested and implemented well within our expectations.

We were really impressed by our partners understanding of our business, the straightforward interface they suggested for us and the speed with which they created our new database.
