Flow Styles

Solution seems great, but haven't managed to get the Flow Script component to style any of the flows. Anyone have any success getting styles to work?

Amazing App! Winter '21 Guest User Access?

We love this app and all of its functionality! We have recently run into an issue where the code generator email does not send when the running user us a guest user. It seems after winter 21, some access was removed and were not able to understand how we can continue to use it as a guest user (even though the flow is running as system user). Any advice would be great!

With Winter '21 release, there will be no more "edit" permission to guest user. With current flow keeps updating flow session object, e.g. keep generating 2FA and store in flow session. They will be blocked by the permission. Hi Nitin, We are trying the same approach with guest users and are stuck with no verification code being received. Let us know if you were able to found a workaround.

Thanks Rachel! We tried this, but it seems even if the Guest User has access to the apex classes, the email and code is not generated. Since the record owner changes to the system default, we noticed that the flow sessions object records did not have any data populated in the 2FA fields. Since guest user cannot edit the records after they are created, were assuming this is whats causing the issue. Let us know if you found a workaround.

Nitin, we ran into a similar issue after Winter '21. The Winter '21 Release includes a critical update in which access to @AuraEnabled Apex methods is restricted based on user profile. Enabling access to the Apex Classes utilized by the flow on the Guest User's profile fixed the problem.

Store session variables in your flow between sessions and so much more, peek under the covers and you will find so much value in this package.

Nice functionality straight out of the box

Very nice out of the box functionality. We would really like to use the "Lightning Flow document upload" component in different use cases. It would be nice to be able to define what the name of the uploaded file is going to be and what the Id's of the Content Documents are after the inserts of these records. We want to use these Id's to realte other records also to this document link. A text collection variable with per Custom Qsydapps_ao__document__mdt the "API Name of document mdt, Id of Content Document" would be perfect. This would this component really scaleable in other solutions and would make this package even and usable in more generic use cases.

Great tool, would love some improvements!

This tool has some really awesome components, but it would be even better if we could sort the documents in the Document Upload component!
