Package.xml is basically a list of components for each metadata type which we want to retrieve or deploy to salesforce. This package.xml is later required in ANT build tool for retrieving and deploying your salesforce metadata. So, instead of writing your XML manually, just use this app. This app not only shows you every metadata component which is retrievable within org, but it can also generate package.xml with just one click. -You can also preview package.xml's code so that you check it before downloading it. -This app is super easy to use, with just 3 steps your package.xml is ready for use. 1->Open App. 2->Select components for each metadata type. 3->Press Download button and your package.xml is ready for use.
