Over the past six months, we have seen a significant improvement in project communications and engagement from Trigg. The quality of documentation produced has been excellent and has greatly supported project delivery. We particularly appreciate the initiative taken to develop comprehensive test scripts, which have been extremely valuable throughout the testing process. It has also been encouraging to see solution options being proactively presented, enabling more informed decision-making. We have noticed a strong commitment to knowledge sharing and capability building. For example, Chris J has received training and guidance to help support the application more effectively, including the use of tools such as Salesforce Inspector. Overall, the relationship has developed positively, and our experience working with Trigg has improved considerably. We are impressed with the progress made and the collaborative approach demonstrated by the team. Please keep up the excellent work.

Updates could be more consistent, as they are not always timely and are sometimes missed. The handover during our main contact, Kylie's, leave was excellent and helped minimise risk, lining up resources to meet our needs over the busy Christmas period. Kylie does an excellent job picking things up quickly often delivering beyond expectations. We were unfortunately given incorrect information regarding email synchronisation, and the new feature did not deliver the expected functionality.

As a charity, it's important for us to be able to demonstrate our impact. At its heart, this project was about improving our data collection and reporting. trigg supported us to develop user stories to detail our requirements, and designed and implemented effective and smart solutions, upskilling us over the course of the work to enable us to manage these independently after deployment. We were able to integrate lots of 'added extras' to improve our processes and make Salesforce more intuitive and user friendly for the team. Our new application forms are working smoothly, offering a much improved user experience for prospective clients, and we're excited to report on our new monitoring data in due course. This will enable us to evidence the change that we're supporting clients to make through our services.
