During this engagement our selected partner once again proved why they are our preferred Salesforce Partner. From the start of this engagement we had a confident and experience project manager assigned and a very well organized and technically experience developer. Every time we were faced with a solution roadblock, our assigned developer took his time to better understand our business needs and worked to find a balanced solution. We worked with Kliqxe as part of a business transformation project which seen us as a business implementing a stock planning solution, PIM, CRM and ERP. Kliqxe bought in to our journey from the start involving themselves in every aspect that they thought they could bring benefit and expertise, from the design process right through to hypercare. With Kliqxe we designed and built Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Kliqxe not only helped us understand what parts of Salesforce we needed to utilize in order to deliver the business benefits we wanted to achieve but they ensured they brought us on a journey with the product to understand how it can help us grow in the future and prepared us for what steps we need to take after hypercare to continue our success. One nervousness I had around working with Kliqxe was potential time zone differences between us based in the UK and their team based in UK/Philippines/Malaysia. I can honestly say that my nervousness did not last, the time zone difference actually worked in our advantage that they were able to work on their parts whilst we slept and vice versa - Kliqxe were also very flexible in terms of working hours should we need to have meetings in to the late morning UK time.

Kliqxe did what they said they would do from the outset, which was to be flexible to our requirements as they emerged through the implementation. We were new to the Salesforce platform and needed support as we moved through the process of discovery and implementation. While working remotely throughout the project, Kliqxe were very approachable and flexible to work with as challenges arose. We would happily recommend Kliqxe to other's starting out on their journey implementing Salesforce.
