Great App

Report Scheduler has been a ‘Game Changer’ for our SalesForce Orgs. We have users that were spending hours a week just exporting reports, formatting, and sending to outside Customers and Vendors. With Report Scheduler we can now create Customer/Vendor specific reports and send them directly to the end user from SalesForce without them having to have a SalesForce License! Our users are loving this new add-on app. One aspect that the company is working on is the ability to schedule Tabular/Matrix reports with Charts.

Hi Jenice, Currently the application supports only the classic charts in the dashboard export. Even when you schedule the lightning charts, the exported file will have the charts in the classic design. So it will be in compact form as you needed. The sample dashboard extract has been sent to you via email.

I'm wondering if dashboards scheduled from this app are in line with the design from a classic view (i.e. more compact than lightning)? We use SF Classic and are looking to maintain that compact style when emailing the dashboards.

The tools works fine when you need to share extra information with external users or do some schedules removing unnecessary admin tasks. It will be great if we could edit the email template to fit on a rich text format and use our classic letterheads to apply more personalization layers

High Potential App with a great support!

A nice and simple interface. Finally we don't need any forwarding rules in our mail program or have to accept the subscription limitation of SF. We love the possibility to create a report about all scheduled reports to keep an overview about the outgoing mails. Till now it works really good and the setup support of Vinoth was great.

We've had a need for scheduled reports like this due to us emailing externals. This is actually capable of emailing reports that are in Summary and Matrix formats. Something our previous package could not do. Easy to use and if you are using CRM Guidance report scheduler I suggest you take a look at this, it beats it hands down. Well done love this product
