What I liked most is that it’s not another tool you have to “integrate”, it actually works inside your existing setup, so you’re not constantly fixing data or dealing with connectors breaking. It’s easy to get something up and running quickly, but still flexible enough to customise properly when you need to. Overall, solid product and genuinely useful.

Awesome Training Program!

I recently completed the StoreConnect Fundamentals and StoreConnect Administrator Certification training programs and would say that these are some of the best training I have experienced in my career. I was particularly impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the video presentations which were then followed by hands-on exercises in which I ultimately built a fully functional e-commerce website. The thought of that is daunting when embarking on the training, but the manner and approach in which the training walks through each area of training is exceptional and results in a "step by step" progression of skills and understanding. By the end of the program, I looked back with pride in my accomplishment and encouragement that StoreConnect has a team of resources that support its partner base. Overall, I recommend the Fundamental program as a starting point and once completed, I am confident that you will want to progress to the Administration training as well.

Well designed platform with strong enablement

StoreConnect was easy to work with due to its seamless integration with Salesforce. The platform is intuitive, well-structured and follows a clear step-by-step process, making adoption smooth and efficient. Key features are handy and practical, helping complete tasks with minimal learning effort but great practical exposure. The support from leaders and trainers added great value. They were quick to review our work, verify steps, and provide timely guidance, which kept the process moving without delays.

The app was easy to install, and functionality between StoreConnect and Salesforce is buttery smooth. Not only does it eliminate the need for all kinds of 3rd party connectors, it does so by providing an epic amount of fully integrated functionality. The installation and initial setup wizard makes it easy to get up and running, and with the ability to use Liquid to customize your pages, the sky is the limit for what kind of store you can build.

Fantasic tool

I can't recommend this highly enough. It's a great tool for stores, but also for any other sort of portal you might want to build on Salesforce. The extendability of it is super impressive, being able to run a large number of stores from a single org is fantastic. The pricing is also great, and is on a really scalable model.
