This has helped eliminate some of the manual steps involved in checking inventory and responding to customers, while making the overall process much faster and more efficient. Rich has also been working on a new quoting tool that I believe has the potential to be a game changer for our quoting process. While it is still a work in progress, the goal is to make it much faster and more efficient for our team to create quotes. There is also potential for this tool to eventually allow our partners to quote on their own, which could have an even bigger impact on how we support our customers and partners. What I appreciate most is that Rich is not just building tools for the sake of building them. He listens to feedback, works through different scenarios with us, and continues to make improvements based on what the team actually needs. His willingness to collaborate and find ways to use technology to improve our processes has been a huge benefit to our team and the company overall.
