We recently implemented Loopio for Salesforce within our organization and it has been complete game changer! It is so user friendly and adaptable for whatever your team needs it to be. The most outstanding part however, is the ongoing customer support from the Loopio team. They are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond - everything you hope for in a Salesforce partner.

Since introducing Avnio and enabling the AEs and SEs to self serve my team and I have more time to spend on more strategic bids. The data we now get is really powerful and the fact we can now incorporate rfp processes in Salesforce means we now have a single source of truth.

The AI toolkit makes matching standard answers to common questions quick and easy, and the easy-to-use library management makes the maintaining standard company responses a breeze. A very clever product!

Efficient and intuitive

Very easy setup. The import process is quick and easy for users. The platform has a smart AI pre-populating answers from our library to new RFPs. The approval process which lets users know of pending items is intuitive and has a great UI which improves the experience.

This is an Amazing Tool

Work smarter, not harder! Anvio RFx is a brilliant tool that will immediately start saving you time when processing tenders, RFPs, bids, etc. Maybe the only thing better than this product is the support team behind it. I challenge you to find a more pleasant group of people with prompter responses.

An impressive time-saver!

I can't express how much I have enjoyed using Avnio, not only is it a time-saver but it has some pretty amazing features to boot. No longer do I have to search endlessly for answers to proposals or sift through endless Excel sheets to find the information I need. Importing questions is straightforward and painless. The more you use it, the smarter the AI becomes which gives a lot of time back in EVERYONE'S day. The approval process functionality is also great and it makes life so much easier when multiple teams are involved in the proposal process. Last thing, but the biggest call-out, the BEST part of Avnio is their team. They are a group of fantastic wizards and I can always expect a prompt response when I have questions. Highly recommend!

Intuitive for Salesforce users - really impressed!

I love how easy it was to use Avnio RFx right from the start, and that it can be utilised not just for RFPs, but any types of requests for information or questionnaires, no matter how large or small. It’s great to see that each time I add to and sync the library, it is making the AI capabilities even more valuable for future projects.
