Easy to use, excellent support!

We rolled Drive Connect out to automate Google Drive folder creation and file routing tied to Opportunity stages, and the setup was far less painful than I expected. The configuration is intuitive, so most of what I needed was discoverable without hunting through settings. Anyone comfortable in Salesforce admin will pick it up quickly. The documentation deserves a specific callout. It's clear, current, and actually covers the edge cases you run into during a real implementation instead of stopping at the happy path. I got through most of the build without needing to open a case. When I did have questions, Ayushi and Vanson were quick to respond every time. Not "we'll get back to you in three business days" quick, but same-day, with answers that solved the problem rather than deflecting it. They helped troubleshoot a couple of routing scenarios specific to our folder structure and stayed with it until things worked. That level of support is rare on the AppExchange and it's a big part of why I'd recommend the app.

Time Saver

I like how easy it was to automate the folder creation in G-drive. Sometimes the action update field fails but this can be easily worked around by having a subflow to catch misses.

Super simple solution for an expensive problem

Because our org is medically adjacent we have a LOT of client files. We started uploading everything and realized we were going to have to spend quite a bit extra on additional storage. We were then recommended Appiphony, a solution that was super simple and already worked with our previous workflows. Since we already pay for google this allowed us to sync of files we already had without costing significantly more. We had zero challenges implementing and are excited to try out their other products.

Easy to set up and get going

Setting up Drive Connect was simple and quick, with a single staff member linking over 200 Account records in about 20 minutes. We have yet to utilize automations but we're excited to build those out.

Combining two integral features simply and fast

As an organization we have a decade worth of Google Drive data and permissions that our users are accustomed to working in. When we onboarded Salesforce, it seemed like a daunting task to migrate/re-educate our team to do all file management in SalesForce. Thankfully we were introduced to Drive Connect and it has been a very smooth and fast onboarding to production experience. Within a week, we were able to test and shift from sandbox to prod with virtually no retraining. Any issues that arose were answered by their support team quickly. Drive Connect saved us having to spend extra time and money on custom/one-time deployments and moved up our timeline because of its simplicity.

So grateful there is a solution like this out there. It allows us to connect with our Drive to store files there but still link to them from within Salesforce AND it allows us to setup a Flow that will auto-create our folders for us with a pre-named structure. Absolutely fabulous!
