We've been really happy with Left Main since implementing it. The biggest win for us has been the automation — so much of what used to be manual follow-up is now on autopilot, which has freed up a ton of time. It's also incredibly customizable; we've been able to shape the system around how our business actually works instead of forcing our process into someone else's template. There is a learning curve, especially on the backend/setup side — it takes real time to configure things properly. But once you're through that initial setup, the day-to-day use is seamless. The main user interface is intuitive and easy for our team to navigate. A couple of standout features for us: the ability to run separate pipelines for the different stages a lead or transaction moves through, and having tasks tracked independently rather than bundled into one generic to-do list. Both have made our workflow noticeably more organized. Overall, it's night and day compared to other CRMs we've used in the past. Highly recommend it if you're willing to put in the setup work upfront.

every day i find another feature this app has!!!! this app has everything you need and more to completely optimize. and if you can't find something, left main has the most helpful and responsive team i have ever come across. would recommend them based on their personnel alone. the app being so inclusive to so much powerful tracking is just a plus!

Highly reccomend Left Main CRM

Highly reccomend Left Main as a crm. It's tailored for real estate investors, and automates a ton. Left Main allows you to leverage the system, and get your time back. It's following up with sellers for me even when i don't have time to. I just recently got a deal where the system followed up with the seller for 3 months, I never had to lift a finger. I would have called, but was just too busy and behind on follow ups. Left Mains implementation process is amazing. The price for the CRM is very fair, and they invest a ton in helping you learn the system, and provide a ton of support. If your thinking about upgrading CRMs, left main is worth the time and investment.

The best CRM for your real estate business

I have implemented 5 different CRMs for my real estate businesses over the last 5 years and Left Main is by far the best product out there. I have built Podio, Zoho, HubSpot, and on other Salesforce platforms. Nothing compares. Stephany and her team are top notch. The CRM is robust but not cluttered. Their development team provides excellent service at a great value.
