FF were involved with us in several projects. We had Fran and Mel from Future Form that were a great help. They helped us a number a ways and even showed us some new features that we could utilise within Financial Service Cloud. They helped with moving our Profiles to the new salesforce security model of Permissions set which involved a lot of collaboration and testing. They set up a new Complaints workflow and even helped with DocuSign integration. They went above and beyond with their documentation including quick videos that would allows us to adopt the functionality and were always ready to jump on calls whenever we needed help. Overall our engagement with them was very helpful, positive and we got to learn a few new features.
