We initially hired them to help us finish a conversion from Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, as our first consultant did not end up setting us up for success in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. We started with a laundry list of issues, and iMission swooped in and saved the day! They cleaned up configurations that needed fixing, but most importantly they introduced us to tools within Salesforce we would have never known existed and became invaluable thought partners, guiding us through assessing our needs and figuring out the best possible solutions. They installed packages they had developed that made our work substantially more efficient and accurate, and helped us create critical reports and dashboards. And they are incredibly pleasant to work with as well. I highly recommend working with iMission Institute!
