Great App with AMAZING Customer Support

With so many administrative tasks to manage in Salesforce, this app makes creating alerts and notifications incredibly simple! Our team especially loves the celebration confetti that appears when an Opportunity or Job is won—it’s become a fun part of our culture. (They definitely notice when it doesn’t show up!) It’s a great way for everyone to celebrate their wins together. The support is outstanding. Whenever I have a question, I receive a quick, thoughtful response—often with a helpful walkthrough or even a quick fix to resolve any issues. Truly top-notch support!

Install it- you won't regret it!

It is genuinely hard to write a review because words can't express how incredible it is. This is what I wish Salesforce notifications and alerts were like. You can customize and alert users about virtually anything—and notify them through whatever method you prefer. I first installed this because I needed a way to notify users when a task was assigned to a queue. I wanted to avoid building a custom flow since I knew there would be other uses for it in the future. I'm so glad I stumbled across this app! The app is so intuitive that I first configured it without reading much of the documentation. (Though I'll admit it's even easier when you read the docs—which are excellent. I’m just not used to AppExchange documentation being helpful.) I encountered a "bug" when installing in Production and was absolutely blown away by James and his support. I submitted a case asking for help, and within two HOURS, he had not only responded but released a new version of the package to address and debug the issue. The level of support was mind-blowing. When he discovered the problem—my user didn't have a first name—he actually asked if I was okay with the "workaround" of entering a first name. This was such a refreshing experience, and it's clear that James takes pride in his product and truly cares about its architecture. I also want to mention that the pricing is so generous and makes this product accessible. I work mostly with small nonprofits that don't have large budgets (especially these days), and this helps them without creating a financial burden. I could go on because I've never had an experience like this with any tech product. Just install it; you won't regret it. If you get stuck or have questions, reach out to support. Easy to use and highly configurable

Act On It is a fantastic application - since it has been introduced in our business, it has revolutionised the way we are able to track, monitor, and alert users about changes made to records. The ability to configure and customise alerts built through the app is made infinitely easier by the welcoming UI and comprehensive documentation. Every change you may need to make is well documented, meaning that even inexperienced users can make adjustments to notifications as and when they need it: a great feature that takes the onus of control away from System Admins (something that I'm sure everyone can appreciate). Act On It has become an integral part of my workflow, and it will therefore be something I bring with me wherever I work. I can't imagine working without it!

Act on it has transformed my day-day and I’ve gone from multiple manual checks points in my diary to proactively being delivered the information when required – freeing my time to focus on important activities and Q2 work. Some of the key benefits I’ve found: - Reduction in training time and questions from new starters with the app being able to produce case specific guidance = onboarding agents quicker using less trainer time - Reduce client wait times; alerts for unactioned work and urgent work to ensure speed of response targets met = happier clients and smaller pipelines - Risk elimination: mistakes flagged via alerts to the agents and manager in the moment = real time awareness, reducing repeat offenses saving long term GP - Flexibility to build my own alerts – I can turn on or off alerts when they are relevant to me, I can also easily build new alerts tailored for my and my teams needs = efficiency, teams having the right information to them I have saved time, money and mental energy with this app, if you are a team manager in a fast-paced environment or balancing multiple KPIS/focus points I couldn’t recommend AOI any more.

The app has been a revelation as we now have the system checking our blind spots and proving to be a useful nudge to our staff so service levels can be maintained at all times. In such a busy world with multiple moving parts in the business ActOnIt is the perfect support tool to make sure nothing gets missed and high levels of customer service are achieved with fewer manual checks. Very easy to set up, modify and roll out.

Act on it has been superior in it's help across the business. Used in multiple departments, the ability to show in notifications in real time has really helped develop how the agents interact with customer and take control of their work. The easy set up, and multiple customisable solutions from email alerts to pop ups has meant it's become a solution to so many queries within the business. The ease of use from the back end all the way through to the front end means that we have found multiple people within the business who are happy to take the app and control what their teams need to see and when. Overall a fantastic app with an abundance of features to help your business.

A huge enabler to digital transformation

As the digitization of the business has continued we have found ActOnIt to be a massive help, particularly with our B2C operations. Notifying the owner of a lead in real time that a prospect is browsing the website and offering them a personalised 1:1 chat session to help close the deal means that we can immediately connect customer and agent. That single use case is a prime example of the kind of opportunity this tool has provided us. With so much information flowing through the business being able to surface important events to the right person and presenting them with a set of quick, templated actions has meant that we are able to speed up the pipeline for sales and increase service responsiveness. Its also a great tool for internal communications, being able to provide toast messages in the browser with response tracking compliments the more passive chatter feed. Lastly, James from ActOnIt has been hugely responsive to product development ideas and feedback - ensuring we get the most value out of the product.

The key benefits we have seen are: - Works seamlessly with our lightning consoles - AI evaluates the warmth of the opportunities but Actonit gives you the real-time feedback to reach out to the customer. The 3 main benefits we have seen are 1) improved contact rates to new opportunities, reduced sales effort, and increased sales conversions.
